Course Description

FMS is one of the oldest management institutes in India. It was established in 1954 under the aegis of the University of Delhi. The executive MBA in FMS started in the year 1954.

FMS offers evening classes for executive MBAs for working professionals. The course is of a two-year duration. It offers an MBA executive and MBA in Health Care Administration (HCA). The main focus of the MBA course is on developing leaders with sound fundamentals who have the ability to challenge conventional wisdom through path-breaking innovations.

The MBA Executive is composed of four semesters in a span of two years. In the first year, the course concentrates on imparting management fundamentals in areas like Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Marketing Management, Managerial Finance, Quantitative Methods, Managing Information Technology, Operations Management, etc. Whereas in the second year the students need to choose electives in various areas such as Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Information Technology, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Entrepreneurship.

Fee for MBA executive program in FMS

The fees for the program are to be paid at the beginning of the semester. However, the fee for the MBA program is ₹ 48,000/ semester. Moreover, the reserved category candidates are exempted from the payment of the other facility fees except for the admission and ID card fees.

ADMISSION

An applicant who would like to seek admission to FMS executive program must fill out the online application form from the official website http://www.fms.edu/. The selection is based on the following parameters:
