Course Description
The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) was established in 1963 as an autonomous body under the Ministry of commerce and industry. The main objective of the institute is to impart skills to the external trade sector of India. IIFT was granted “Deemed to be University” status in 2002. IIFT offers executive MBA in on-campus and off-campus modes.

Executive MBA at IIFT
IIFT offers on-campus executive MBAs for working professionals. The different programs offered by the institute are:
- Post Graduate Diploma in Global Human Resource Management (EPGD-GHRM).
- Post Graduate Diploma in International Business (EPGDIB).
Post Graduate Diploma in Global Human Resource Management (EPGD-GHRM)
The EPGD-GHRM is an 18-month program that is conducted at the Delhi campus. The program strongly focuses on International Business with an industry focus through course content pedagogy and industry interactions. EPGD-GHRM course includes the study of contemporary tools used in HRM. These are Design Thinking, Big Data, People Analytics, creating dashboards, etc. The classes are on weekends at the IIFT campus in Delhi. The examinations are conducted on the IIFT campus in offline mode. Whereas under some circumstances the classes and exams can be online in proctored mode.Course structure
The course comprises 4 terms of core courses and an elective course. Thus, a total of 5 terms are there in the course.
