The MBA program has the following core course
Semester I: Accounting for Business Decision. Economic Analysis for Business Decision. Legal Aspects of Business. Business Research Methods. Organizational Behaviour. Basics of Marketing. + 4 Elective (Internal) subjects. Semester II: Marketing Management Financial Management Human Resource Management Decision Science Operations &Supply Chain Management Management Information Systems + 4 Elective (Internal) subjects
Semester III: Strategic Management. Enterprise performance management. Startup & New Venture Management. Summer Internship Project(Viva-voce). Specialization — I. Specialization — II. + 4 Elective (Internal) subjects Semester IV: Managing for Sustainability Dissertation (50 Marks) Specialization – I Specialization – II + 4 Elective (Internal) subjects
Apart from this, the students are required to appear for the two internal exams based on skill development.

Examination Pattern

The exam pattern followed in each semester is as follows:
  1. Online Exam: 20 marks.
  2. Internal Evaluation: 30 Marks.
  3. External Examination: 50 Marks (Written).
  4. Viva-voce for SIP: 50 (Internal) + 100 External Evaluation, Total 150 Marks.
The result and marking are as per the grading system.

Eligibility

The minimum eligibility for the MBA program is:
  1. Graduation with 50% marks for a recognized university.
  2. A valid score on the CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/AMBA exam.

Fee structure of Aditya Institute of Management, Pune

The total fee for the program is ₹ 1,23,000/-. The fee is payable in two installments one each year.
  1. The different entrance exams for admission to the executive MBA program are CAT/MAT/XAT/AMBA and so on. These exams include the basic aptitude test and comprise English, reasoning, mental ability, and quantitative aptitude.The CAT Exam is conducted in the month of November every year and is one of the toughest national exams. Whereas the MAT exam is conducted twice a year. The details of these exams can be found online or by visiting the official website through notification.
