MAH MBA CET 2024: Maharashtra CET Cell notified the MAH MBA CET 2024 test date on October 19, 2023. The MAH MBA CET 2024 test will be held in multiple slots on March 23 and 24, 2024. However, the registration procedure for the examination will commence in January 2024 and notified by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra on their official website.

MAH MBA CET 2024 Eligibility

The minimum eligibility for the MAH MBA CET 2024 examination is as follows:

  1. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved category).
  2. Students appearing for the final year exam and whose results are can also apply for the MAH MBA CET examination.
  3. Applicants with a valid CAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA can also apply for MAH CET counselling.

MAH MBA CET 2024 Registration Process

The registration details will be available on the official website https://mbacet2023.mahacet.org from the last week of January. However, the step-by-step registration process for the exam is as follows:

  1. Open the official website of the State Cell conducting the exam.
  2. Click on the “New Registration” tab.
  3. Read the instructions carefully and Click on the “Proceed” button.
  4. Fill out all your personal information and create a password for your account.
  5. Click “Save & Proceed”.
  6. Login using your credentials (application no. and password).
  7. Fill out the detailed application form correctly and upload all the required documents.
  8. Upload the photo and signature in JPEG or the prescribed format.
  9. Select the test centre and recheck all the information before proceeding further.
  10. Pay the application fee of ₹1000 for the general category and ₹800 for the reserved category by the online payment gateway.

The test is a computer-based test  (CBT) conducted in online mode at 48 centres across the state. All questions are multiple-choice for which the students are required to select the correct answer out of the four given options. There is no negative marking.

The MAH MBA CET exam paper is divided into three sections: Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude. The syllabus is similar to the other MBA entrance exams such as CAT/XAT/MAT. However, the difficulty level is much less as compared to the other national-level exams (CAT).

MAH MBA CET Admit Card 2024

The admit card for the exam will be available online at the official website of CET two weeks before the examination. Applicants are required to download the admit card using their online application number and password generated at the time of application. The process of downloading the admit card is as follows:

  1. Log on to the official website of CET.
  2. Click on the tab “Download Admit Card”
  3. Enter your Application number, password, and date of birth.
  4. Go to the admit card option on the dashboard
  5. Download the hall ticket or admit card.
  6. Take two prints of the hall ticket.

MAH MBA CET 2024: Counseling

After the announcement of the MAH MBA CET 2024 results, a counselling process will be performed to allocate seats to candidates in the participating colleges.
